Refund Policy
We offer a full money-back guarantee on your first order if you decide JUVIA is not for you. In order to qualify for our 6-week money-back guarantee, please email us within 6 weeks of receiving your first order of JUVIA.
The guarantee only applies for up to 2 packs (4 bottles) purchased at the same time on your first order.
To get a refund under our money-back guarantee, please contact us at returns@juvia.me providing your order number, name and the reason JUVIA isn’t right for you. Our team will explain how to return the product and we’ll issue your refund in full via the payment method you used for the original purchase.
Money-Back-Guarantee Terms and ConditionsYou must contact us within the first 6 weeks of your order being placed. It must be your first purchase. The money-back guarantee is redeemable only once per customer/household.
If you are a subscriber and your next order has already been delivered, this can be returned within 14 days of delivery providing it is unopened using our normal returns procedure (see below).
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Our Returns Policy
In addition to our 6-week money-back guarantee on first orders, we have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with the seal intact. You’ll also need the order number so that we can process your return.

Once we’ve received your return request, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable ItemsDue to the nature of JUVIA™ Digestive Balance Supplement, we cannot accept returns for opened packages, or any postal boxes with broken seals.
For any other questions regarding a refund, please get in touch, including your order number, at returns@juvia.me.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
