PROFESSOR JOHN HUNTER
CLINICAL ADVISOR & FOUNDER
Professor John Hunter was a Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, and visiting Professor of Medicine at the University of Cranfield. He is an industry-recognised authority on gut conditions and diseases including Crohn’s Disease, Colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Professor Hunter is the author of several books on gut health, e.g. "Irritable Bowel Solutions" and has contributed to over 150 research papers to major medical journals including The Lancet, Nature and the British Medical Journal. few example links below...

Professor Hunter has been a consultant to a number of international food companies such as Unilever and Nutricia. He has been elected as a Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
Doctor ROSEMARY WARING
SCIENTIFIC ADVISOR & FOUNDER
Dr Rosemary Waring is a graduate of Cambridge University and subsequently completed her PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham where she is now honorary Reader in Human Toxicology. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists.
Dr Waring’s research is focused on the contribution of environmental factors to chronic ill health and on the interactions of gut flora with gastrointestinal function. Her research uses metabonomic and genomic techniques with in-depth analysis.
Dr Waring has published over 230 research papers and has served as an independent toxicologist on European Union (EFSA) and UK Government panels (Advisory Committee on Pesticides and Committee on Carcinogenicity).
