90-day Money-Back-Guarantee on Your First Purchase 

We offer a full money-back guarantee on your first order if you decide JUVIA is not for you. In order to qualify for our 90-day money-back guarantee, please email us within 90 days of receiving your first order of JUVIA.

The guarantee only applies for your first purchase - 1 box (2 bottles) if you purchased the One Time Purchase or Monthly Subscription or 2 boxes (4 bottles)  if you purchased the 2 Monthly Subscription.

To get a refund under our money-back guarantee, please contact us at returns@juvia.me providing your order number, name and the reason JUVIA isn’t right for you. Our team will issue your refund in full via the payment method you used for the original purchase. 

Money-Back-Guarantee Terms and Conditions

You must contact us within the first 90 days of your order being placed. It must be your first purchase. The money-back guarantee is redeemable only once per customer/household.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. 

Our Returns Policy

As JUVIA is an ingestible supplement we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our product and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.

We are, of course, able to accept returns if we have processed your order in error - or if we have failed to action your cancellation request (provided it was before the order charge confirmation email has gone out). In this instance, please get in touch via the contact page.

If you've received the order charge confirmation email and the product has been dispatched, there's nothing we can do. 

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Subscription at any time but please be aware of the following:

- Please be aware of when you have a subscription order scheduled to be processed. If you've ordered the Monthly subscription, you will receive 1 box of JUVIA every month. If you've ordered a 2-Monthly subscription, you will receive 2 boxes every 2 months.

- You will receive 2 emails; the first one will be sent 7 days before the order is processed and the second one as the order is being processed. You may cancel your order at any time before the second email arrives. If you receive the order charge confirmation email, we can no longer change or cancel that order and you will be charged.

- If you opt for the Monthly or 2-Monthly Subscription and cancel before we process and charge for your second box of JUVIA, you may be charged for the difference between a one-time purchase and the discounted price of the subscription boxes. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
